🔄 9. Refused, Unclaimed, or Returned Parcels
If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid customs charges, incorrect address info, or failure to collect it from a local depot:

All return shipping fees, customs processing tariffs, and courier handling penalties billed to Ideas Decor Shop will be deducted directly from any residual item refund.

If the parcel is returned in a damaged, used, incomplete, or non-resaleable condition, a partial refund or no refund may apply where legally permitted.
❌ 10. Parcels Destroyed or Disposed of by Customs
In certain circumstances, customs authorities or couriers may destroy, abandon, confiscate, or dispose of unclaimed or refused parcels due to non-payment of import taxes. If a parcel is not successfully returned to Ideas Decor Shop, zero (0%) refund will be possible. This does not affect any mandatory legal rights that may apply under your local consumer protection law.

Ideas Decor Shop is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional charges, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer at checkout. If a parcel is safely returned to us due to address issues, the customer must pay a new shipping fee before reshipment can take place.

Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information will normally be provided where available. Official delivery confirmation and GPS/status data provided by the courier network will be used as definitive evidence of shipment and delivery status during any investigations, disputes, or payment claims.
