Most of our products are handmade or prepared to order.

📝 6. Customs Declarations
We are legally required to provide accurate customs declarations. We cannot:

All parcels must contain accurate descriptions and values in accordance with applicable customs and tax laws.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Ideas Decor Shop is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned parcels, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.
If a parcel is returned due to address issues:

🔄 9. Refused, Unclaimed, or Returned Parcels

In some situations, customs authorities or couriers may destroy or dispose of unclaimed parcels. If the parcel is not returned to us, a refund will not be possible.

A parcel is not considered officially lost until the courier investigation process has been completed. Typical investigation timeframes:
