Yes. Import taxes, VAT and customs fees are set and charged by the country where the buyer receives the parcel. These payments are the customer’s full responsibility.

We create our molds using high-grade platinum silicone — safe for resin, plaster, UV resin, concrete, clay, wax and various crafting materials.

Yes! Every mold is carefully handcrafted, individually cast and quality-checked by Artists in the UK.

We accept returns only for unused molds in original condition within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping cost is paid by the buyer.

Custom-made molds are non-refundable.

We will open an investigation with the courier service and provide a replacement or refund once the parcel is officially declared lost by the carrier.

If a parcel is returned due to unpaid customs tax, incorrect address, or failure to collect the package:

• Buyer must pay for a new shipping label to resend the package
• The cost of goods is not refunded, since items are handcrafted to order
